This Privacy Policy describes the information that Pinkbox Doughnuts® and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorized designees (referred to herein as “Pinkbox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects on www.pinkboxdoughnuts.com or any other website or mobile application owned, operated or controlled by us that posts a link to this Privacy Policy (our “Sites”), as well as any programs, features, services, or transactions provided through our Sites (collectively, with our Sites, our “Online Services”).  It explains what information we collect about you, and how we use and share your information. This Privacy Policy also applies when you communicate with us via email or otherwise through the Internet.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information privacy practices of independent third parties. 

INFORMATION COLLECTED

Information You Manually Provide. Pinkbox collects the information you manually provide (using your keyboard, mouse, or touchpad) when you use our Sites. For example, we collect the information you provide when you place an order online, email us a question, or otherwise interact with our Sites.  Some of the information you manually provide may be personal information, such as your name and contact information. 

Information from your browser or devicePinkbox collects information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser or mobile device. This information typically includes your IP address, the name of your operating system, the name and version of your browser, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you visit. The information we receive may depend on your browser or device settings. The information we receive from your web browser and device may or may not be personally identifiable. Pinkbox implements reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to help us protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. However, no method of electronically transmitting or storing data is ever completely secure, and therefore, we cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be accessed, used, or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Pinkbox’s Online Services and electronic communications may contain links to third party websites and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, and our products and services may be advertised and/or offered on third party websites (“Linked Sites”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of any Linked Sites, even if you link to them from our Online Services or communications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Linked Sites. We have no control over the collection or use of your information on any Linked Site. We encourage you to read and understand the privacy practices of any Linked Sites that you visit. 

CHILDREN UNDER 13

The Online Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age.  We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13 without verified parental or guardian consent. 

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Pinkbox may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Such changes will be effective upon posting the revised Privacy Policy, along with the date on which it was most recently updated, on our Sites. You will be able to tell when this Privacy Policy was last updated by the Last Updated date included at the top of this Privacy Policy. By continuing to use our Online Services or communicating electronically with us thereafter, you agree to accept such changes to this Privacy Policy.
