The parking in front of the store is just ok for the door traffic to the store. The decor is unique to the store brand. The service is very good. They have an excellent selection of donuts. They have coffee (regular and decaffeinated), milk, and bottled water.

Just showed up to this "24 hour Drive Thru Open" location to the workers inside just looking at us through the window, left without any service. This is the second location with horrible customer service, PinkBox is overrated and will quickly put themselves out of business with this type of "service."*Rating Updated: the owner addressed the issue and was very attentative to the matter. He said he watched the tape of what happened and explained the situation. I'm leaving one star off due to the initial experience, but I am grateful that upper management was able to address my concern.

This pinkbox is the place to go when it comes to donuts in Las Vegas! 🍩❤️Typically I stick to Albertsons for my basic donuts in the morning before work or school. But I love treating myself and my partner to donuts from pinkbox every once in a while.They have this great chocolate donut with whipped cream, and a VGK hockey puck that’s bomb. It’s delicious and my partner loves it, great if you like chocolate donuts. Me personally, I typically go with this twist donut with the chocolate frosting and the chocolate chips on it. I thought it was so creative they even have an UBE DONUT!!! To be honest, I like my donuts pretty sweet, and this one was a bit less sweet than I expected. But it’s still really good. I have always had really positive experiences, I know some of the other reviews talk about issues with bigger orders so I can’t really speak on that. Typically I find that I have the best experience when I’m just going in and picking up a few donuts at the store, the staff is always pretty nice. Good customer service and it’s really attentive. This location is doing everything right! I know that there’s certain donuts that I try to get that are not displayed out sometimes when I go, but it’s understandable that a place is going to sell out of certain flavors during the day. Good stuff 😎😎😎

This is our second time going to this place. The service is always top notch. They are very friendly and helpful. We had a question about the croissant based donut and she let us try a sample of it. I had a raspberry filled donut last time and it was one of the best donuts I ever had! This time I had a Nutella face donut and it was a croissant base donut and it was filled as well. It was okay. There was a lot of Nutella in the center but that was it. It didn't have a strong Nutella flavor through the whole donut like I was expecting but the flavor was good. It's very cute and decorative there. They are open 24 hours so you can always have something sweet! We would go back though!

Best donuts and best service ever! I ordered 2 dozen Pink Box Donuts online for a party for my AP Computer Science students at my school. When I went to pick it up this morning the order wasn't ready, so the owner and the manager personally delivered the donuts to my school and did not charge me for the order to make up for the miscommunication. best gourmet donuts. i cant say theyre better than krispy kreme pricewise, and they cant seem to copy the glazed krispy kreme which is fire. But pinkbox is just right on with the sweetness and texture of their dough. and the variety of fillings like the strawberry shortcake. so for that i can justify the $17 i spend vs the $10 a dozen id spend at krispy kreme. We pre-ordered several dozen Pink Box Doughnuts for our wedding in Vegas last Saturday (on February 10th), in lieu of a cake. They were made fresh just before the pick up time, and were absolutely an without a doubt the best doughnuts any of us had ever eaten. We all nearly made ourselves sick on them over the next three days trying to eat as much as we could so they wouldn't go to waste. They were not only absolutely the best donuts, flavor-wise, but they were beautiful to boot. And the Maple Bacon Bars were everyone's favorite. The perfect combination of sweet and smoky-savory. Pure decadence. We live in Amarillo, Texas, but if we are EVER in Las Vegas again, we will absolutely not miss going into a Pink Box. I highly recommend them to anyone close enough to enjoy them, and I am incredibly jealous! Thank you, Pink Box! They were PERFECT!
