Pinkbox Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

The Pinkbox Rewards Program (the “Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Pinkbox Doughnuts LLC dba Pinkbox Doughnuts and its affiliates. Program rules, terms, conditions, benefits, or rewards may be modified at any time by Pinkbox Doughnuts, with or without notice. Such changes may affect previously earned points and rewards.
Please read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use carefully to understand how Pinkbox Doughnuts Donuts collects, uses, and discloses information about its customers. By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Pinkbox as final and binding as it relates to the Program.
How to Enroll:
Go to www.pinkboxdoughnuts.com, https://pinkbox.comosense.com/#/ (“Website”) or the Pinkbox Doughnuts App and create a new account and provide the following information:
First Name, Last Name, Email, and mobile number.
How to Earn Points:
To earn points at a participating Pinkbox Doughnuts location, you must 1) be a member of the Pinkbox Rewards Program, 2) provide your Loyalty mobile number before payment and 3) pay Qualifying Products at the Pinkbox Doughnuts location with cash or credit/debit/gift card.
Points may only be earned by the member paying for Qualifying Products. Redeeming points do not earn additional points.
Members earn 3 (three) Points for every $1 (one) spent on Qualifying Products (defined below), exclusive of sales tax. A $10 (ten) voucher redeemable only at participating Pinkbox Doughnuts locations will be issued to the participant after 400 points are earned.
Qualifying Products are all Pinkbox Doughnuts products purchased at participating locations, except the purchase or reload of credits and Reward Coupon Redemptions or products specifically excluded from the program. Sales tax and returned merchandise will be deducted from the purchase price before points are issued. Product purchases through the Pinkbox Doughnuts on-line shop are excluded. Points cannot be earned by purchasing Pinkbox Doughnuts gift cards.
Point balances will be displayed in your account on the website and in the Pinkbox Doughnuts App.
From time to time, participating locations may experience system unavailability and cannot process a transaction and Points will not be recorded. Members can contact Customer Care to request that Customer Care manually enter the points for the transaction into the “Members” account. The Customer Care Team can be contacted by email at perks@pinkboxdoughnuts.com.
Once a Reward Coupon is issued as described below, 400 Points will be removed from the Member’s account, even if the Reward Coupon is not redeemed.
Points will be earned on Qualified Purchases made in the prior thirty (30) days prior to enrollment with the enrolled account.
The purchase of Pinkbox Gift Cards will not accumulate points; however, the member redeeming the Pinkbox Gift Card towards their purchase will receive points for their transaction.
-If a member does not use their gifts earned, they will expire at twelve (12) months.
-The Free Birthday Doughnut perk is only available for 24 hours from the time of issuance (this date is associated with the birthdate listed on the member’s account at the time of account sign-up).
-When purchasing credits, the application must be refreshed (closed out and reopened) to see the credits successfully applied to the member’s account and start applying them towards future purchases.
Wallet Credits:
Any wallet credits (money loaded onto an account directly in the app) can only be redeemed in-store at participating locations. Wallet credits are not able to be used for online orders, pre-orders, or custom orders.
How To Redeem Reward:
To redeem points at a participating Pinkbox Doughnuts location, you must 1) be a member of the Pinkbox Rewards Program, 2) provide your loyalty mobile number, 3) if rewards are available in your account 1 (one) voucher may be redeemed per purchase, by the cashier upon request.
Vouchers issued from points cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards, cannot be used online (must be redeemed in a participating store), and cannot be used for third party orders, custom orders, or wholesale orders. Vouchers must be used at Pinkbox stores participating in the Program and also cannot be used for food truck purchases, purchases at stadiums or arenas, special events, or mobile locations. Please contact the Customer Care Team for a list of participating locations.
Exclusions:
Vouchers issued from points cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards, cannot be used online (must be redeemed in a participating store), and cannot be used for third party orders, custom orders, or wholesale orders. Vouchers must be used in store at Pinkbox locations participating in the Program. Vouchers cannot be used for food truck purchases, purchases at stadiums or arenas, special events, or mobile locations. Please contact the Customer Care Team to request confirmation of participating locations.
Disputes:
THIS PROGRAM IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF NEVADA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in the Program, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Program, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Nevada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including any attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with participating in the Program), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Miscellaneous:
There is no membership fee associated with the Program. “Points” accumulated under the Perks Program have no cash value.
Members may not sell, transfer or assign Points.
Pinkbox Doughnuts reserves the right to terminate a Member’s account and/or participation in the Program if it the Member has violated the Privacy Policy, Online Terms of Use, or these Terms and Conditions; or if the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of any of those policies or terms.
The Program will continue until such time as Pinkbox Doughnuts, in its sole discretion, elects to terminate the Program. Pinkbox Doughnuts has the right to terminate the Program at any time without providing electronic or written notice to you.
Pinkbox Doughnuts reserves the right to offer additional Program benefits to some Members based on geographic location, Program participation or other criteria as determined by Pinkbox Doughnuts. Some of our special promotional offers, benefits, and communications also may be based on the volume or type of purchases. Special offers are distributed by email or through the Mobile App, so you must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing emails from Pinkbox Doughnuts and provide a valid email address in order to receive them via email. You may opt-out of receiving additional Program communications and still remain an active Program Member.
By participating in the Program you agree to release and hold harmless Pinkbox and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) participation in the Program, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the process or the Program; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Program or the processing of points or vouchers.
