CUSTOM ORDER DOUGHNUTS
You’re here because you want the coolest custom doughnuts you can imagine! You dream it, we’ll make it! Our custom orders can include Doughnut Walls, Doughnut Towers, Characters, Themes, Letters, Numbers, Logo Face Imprints and MORE. Please feel free to attach inspiration pictures in the form!

ORDERING GUIDELINES:
Completion of the custom order form does not guarantee order placement. We’ll review your request & respond within 24 hours (8am – 5pm). Once Pinkbox acknowledges the order, receives payment in full and sends back confirmation will your order be processed.
Lead Time: Minimum 72-hour after payment has been completed and design has been approved. Please plan ahead. Typically 1 week advance.
Minimum Order: $350.
Cancelation Policy: 24-hours after order acceptance. Sorry, no refunds for no shows or same day cancellations.
Choose pick up at your nearest location on the form.
You’re welcome to add any of our regular doughnuts to your custom order, no need for a second order. Just ask!
Custom doughnuts should be ordered for the day they will be enjoyed. As we’d love you to enjoy your doughnut at its peak freshness, it’s not recommended to keep overnight. Doughnuts with mixed or specialty toppings should be eaten within a few hours from pick-up to ensure freshness of toppings (this especially applies to all cereal toppings and fruit).
Due to our freshness standards, we do not ship doughnuts.
