Heartbeat Doughnut Wins Pinkbox Design Contest to Recognize First Responders
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A new doughnut design has been chosen to recognize the hard work of first responders in the Las Vegas valley.
Pinkbox Doughnuts unveiled the winner of its first-responders-themed contest at its Eastern Avenue location on Friday.
The winning design from Kristal is called “The Heart-Beat,” created to celebrate the professionals who deliver quality, compassionate medical care to the community.
In attendance for the occasion were Henderson Mayor-elect Michelle Romero, Henderson Police Chief Thedrick Andres, AMR & Medic West government affairs manager Damon Schilling, and Latin Chamber of Commerce President Peter Guzman.
The contest was held in conjunction with ARM & MedicWest.
Pinkbox says “The Heart-Beat” will be on the menu for a month between August and December.
