Pink Box Doughnuts celebrates National Donut Day with Salvation Army

As part of National Donut Day on June 3, the Salvation Army partnered with Pink Box Doughnuts to raise $1,600 for families in need.

“We’re proud to continue our partnership with The Salvation Army in giving back to our community,” says Founder of Pink Box Doughnuts, Roberto Armanino. “Our contribution is made possible because of the generosity of our customers.”

“Las Vegas summer months can be particularly difficult financially for families in need with their children out of school and not receiving school meal assistance,” said Phillip Hollon, Director of Social Services for the Salvation Army. Hollon also said that the money raised will help families with food, rent, and utility assistance.
