Pinkbox Doughnuts adds Carrot Cake Doughnut for August

Throughout the entire month of August, carrot cake lovers can enjoy a sweet new creation from Las Vegas-based Pinkbox Doughnuts, the What’s Up Doc. The glazed carrot cake is topped with a cream cheese buttercream and carrot shavings.

Also available in August is the Bedtime Bear. This monthly feature is a baby blue frosted raised bear topped with Bedtime Bear décor. Another great addition is the Care Bears Bar, a pink frosted raised doughnut topped with sour gummy bears. These treats will only be available Friday-Sunday throughout the month.

Pinkbox Doughnuts recently opened its first out-of-state location in St. George, Utah. Pinkbox St. George welcomed in customers on Saturday, August 13 with the new location showcasing a unique Utah-themed doughnut in addition to its full lineup of tasty treats, its collection of branded merchandise and its signature, whimsical décor throughout the shop of pink drips on the walls, 3-dimensional sprinkles and pink floor stripes. The 2,700 square foot St. George location includes a drive-thru and a patio, complete with a doughnut table and oversized Instagram-able pink doughnut statue with sprinkles in front.

To commemorate Pinkbox’s arrival to St. George, a specialty-themed Utah doughnut was created in its honor. The unique doughnut is inspired by a Utah favorite treat, Lime Jell-O Salad, and is a lime Jell-O frosted carrot cake doughnut topped with whip, walnuts, mini marshmallows and pineapple drizzle.
