David K. was especially great—he even took the time to ask if I wanted to join the rewards program, which added a nice personal touch to the visit.The overall vibe is energetic and inviting. Unfortunately, I’m from NYC, and we don’t have a spot quite like Pinkbox. If you’re looking for something beyond your typical doughnut shop, this place is absolutely worth the visit. A great spot to satisfy a sweet tooth or grab a treat that feels a little more special than usual.

Product speaks for itself. Great taste. Consistent, large, fresh, soft and delicious.Atmosphere - cute! Just right for the feeling the product evokes.Service - this is were you really hit a home run. Not one employee I have experienced is lobotimized or neutered in demeanor. All have been on top of being awake/ alert and acknowledging your presence, being encouraging and informative. Not once have I been made to feel unwelcome or like I dont matter. In street clothing or a a grimey uniform - you all have always been kind and I sincerely appreciate that. 💝Sweet from product to person. 💝

Wow! The donuts here are awesome. They really surprised me. Usually when a place looks cool, it isn't that great. But that's not the case here. It was later in the afternoon and they were fully stocked.They have unique flavors and a cool atmosphere. Super clean. And the service was so good. The woman at the counter was super nice. If you’re anywhere near **Pinkbox Doughnuts**, do yourself a favor and stop in. We just had one of those rare experiences where *everything* was fantastic.First off - the donuts. Absolutely beautiful, fresh, and clearly made with care. The display alone could make you happy before you even take the first bite, and once you do… game over. Soft, fresh, and every bit as good as they look.But the real star of the visit was **Cisco**. From the moment we walked in he had us laughing. Super friendly, quick with a joke, and genuinely made the whole experience fun. You can tell he takes pride in making customers feel welcome, and that kind of service makes all the difference. It turned a simple donut stop into a highlight of the day.Great donuts + great people = a place we will absolutely come back to.Pinkbox, give Cisco a high-five for us. It was our first time visiting Pink Box. The plan was to get just a couple, but they had so many unique and delicious looking donuts we ended up getting a dozen. We wanted to go get some Randy's to try and to compare as well. Pinkbox donuts are so good! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Vegas. The lady was very nice to us newbies. Thank you for making our first visit to Pinkbox an awesome one! I hope Indiana gets one. There wasn't anyway we could finish the whole dozen on our last day in Vegas, so your donuts are flying with us to enjoy at our next stop. Thank you!!! Great specialty doughnuts. Lots of great flavors. The staff here is always friendly. This location is open till midnight. Go to this location when I riding the late buses from work or after a game at Lee's Family Forum on my way home. Always enough time between busses to stop and shop at this location. Got all my favorite doughnuts this time. Will be back again at this location. Make sure you become a member so you earn rewards. Like $10 off your next purchase when you reach so many points.

The word “delicious” does not do these donuts justice. First time visiting and I will never forget my experience. I say this cuz I’m a truck driver from the East Coast. The Banana pudding (cake donut) and the Oreo & Peanut Butter (cake donut) were exceptional. The decor & presentation was very charming and creative. VIRI ! the manager at this location is hands on AMAZING ! I came in for the first time not knowing what to order & she explained patiently how the ordering process works shared the discounts available per purchase and suggested the best sellers ! She did all of this with a smile on her face!
