Pinkbox Doughnuts Expands to St. George for First Out-of-State Location

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A Las Vegas favorite is opening its first location outside of the Silver State.

Pinkbox Doughnuts announced the grand opening of its first out-of-Nevada location in St. George, Utah.

The 2,700-square-foot location at 938 E. St. George Blvd. includes a drive-thru and patio, plus a social media-friendly statue with sprinkles in front.

The new location will hold its grand opening from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13. The event will feature live performances from St. George Children’s Musical Theater, a face painter, balloon artist, an appearance from the brand’s resident mascot, Pinky, and much more.

Utah residents are invited to name the unique Utah-themed doughnut being created for the location. Pinkbox says the confection will be a lime Jell-O frosted carrot cake doughnut topped with whip, walnuts, mini marshmallows and pineapple drizzle.

Fans are invited to submit their suggestions for naming the doughnut via the Pinkbox website. A winner will be chosen on Monday, Aug. 1, and that person will receive a year of free doughnuts.
